1. About EasyStep Kids

EasyStep Kids is a children's educational app that allows kids to trace alphabets, numbers, shapes, colors, and words in multiple languages. The app is intended for use by children under parental supervision.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EasyStep Kids app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. You may not:

EasyStep Kids offers a one-time purchase of $1.99 USD to unlock all languages. This purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.

EasyStep Kids is designed for children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the app and any purchase decisions. In-app purchases are protected by a parental gate, but parental supervision is always recommended.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in EasyStep Kids — including the app design, illustrations, dataset, and branding — is owned by or licensed to EasyStep Kids and protected by intellectual property laws. The SAI name and EasyStep Kids branding are proprietary.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

EasyStep Kids is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific educational requirements. We are not responsible for any device compatibility issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyStep Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post any material changes on this page.
