EasyStep Kids ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of children and their families. This Privacy Policy explains how the EasyStep Kids app and website operate with respect to your information.
1. We Do Not Collect Personal Information
The EasyStep Kids app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you or your child. This includes:

- No usage analytics or behavioral tracking
- No photos, audio, or camera access
2. Fully Offline Operation
The app works entirely offline. All content — alphabets, numbers, words, colors, shapes, days, months, and voices — is embedded in the app at install time. No data is sent to any server when the app is in use.
3. In-App Purchase

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
EasyStep Kids is designed for use by children under 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's Kids Category guidelines:

- We do not include third-party analytics SDKs
- We do not link to external websites from within the app without a parental gate
5. No Third-Party SDKs or Analytics
EasyStep Kids contains no third-party code for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or social media. The only external service used is Apple's App Store for the in-app purchase, which is handled natively by iOS.
6. This Website
The easystepkids.com website is a static page hosted on Amazon S3. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. No personal data is collected through this website.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Since we collect no personal data, changes are unlikely to affect your information.
